After our plans to play at the park were thwarted by Mother Nature, we headed to the gymnasium at our church for warmer and drier fun and frivolity. The sidewalk chalk and bubbles would have to be for another day.
While the kids gave it their all (two or three times each), it soon became apparent we needed the big guns - it was the mama's turns. Two mamas got out a fair amount of aggression on the thing before the mama with the most-est stepped up the plate. That starship was no match for Heather.

Linus' friends were more than generous with the gifts and friendly fun. Thanks, guys!
When the "party" was over it turned out nobody really had anything else going on for the rainy cold afternoon so we grabbed some pizzas and just hung around and played. It was a great day!
